A video session that involves an interview about your life history, including: family, medical, mental and emotional health, safety, and more. May include completing assessment tools and creating a plan for treatment together.
Teletherapy
One-on-one video sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, learn coping strategies, build self-esteem, reduce anxiety, self-awareness, and more.
Clinical Supervision
Review and assess cases. Provides clinical guidance. Meets the requirement for supervision for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns. Available weekly.
